Where We Started
XOR Services was founded on a straightforward observation: too many technology projects go sideways not because of bad tools or bad intentions, but because no one agreed up front on what "done" actually looks like. Scope drifts. Assumptions replace requirements. By the time anyone notices, the project is over budget, past deadline, and doesn't match what the customer actually needed.
Our founders brought together more than 250 years of combined IT experience — spanning infrastructure, networking, application development, and business process reengineering — to build a firm that does things differently. We call our approach CADD: Collect, Analyze, Design, Deliver. Every engagement, regardless of size or service line, moves through the same disciplined process, with the customer signing off at every critical step along the way.
Today, XOR Services is headquartered in Davidson, North Carolina, and partners with mid-sized businesses to deliver application development, managed IT, structured cabling and network assessments, IT support, and data center hosting. The name changes; the process doesn't. It's how we can promise fixed-cost delivery, and it's how we back up a simple claim: integrity by comparison.
